Ingredients :
- Fresh broccoli, cauliflower, carrots, tomatoes
- 1 1/2 cups rice long grain
- 3 cups water
- 2 TBS olive oil
- salt & pepper (optional)
Method :
- Cut veggies then, add to a pot or ,steamer steam to your doneness then set aside
- In another pot add, water and, oil when water start to boil add rice then, when rice is fork tender remove from heat and, fluff.
- My veggies was cut and, frozen but, if not frozen add a little water tomatoes was fresh.
