Ingredients :
- 4 lb Chuck roast
- 1 1 oz envelope ranch dressing mix
- 1 1 1/4 ounce envelope au jus mix
- 1 cup Butter
- 4 each Pepperoncini peppers
- 1 dash Pepper
Method :
- Spray your slow cooker with non stick cooking spray
- Rub your roast with the black pepper
- Cut your butter in half and place on each side of the roast (for the sake of the picture I left it on top then stuck it down each side)
- Dump on your ranch dressing mix
- Followed by the au jus mix
- Place the 4 peppers down each side of the roast
- Clean your potatoes quarter them and place them all around the roast
- Cover that baby up and cook on low for 8 hours
- After the time remove it should shred up chunk up
- Plate it along with the potatoes and enjoy :)
