Recipe Lemon Butter Scallops

Ingredients :

  • 3 tbsp butter
  • 1 pound scallops
  • 1 dash salt/pepper
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 lemon juice

Method :
  1. Melt 1tbsp butter in skillet over med/high heat.
  2. Dry scallops and season with salt and pepper.
  3. Cook scallops until golden brown or 1-2 minutes each side.
  4. For sauce, mince garlic. Melt 2 tbsp butter and add garlic. Cook for 1 minute. Do not let garlic burn. Add lemon juice stirring frequently. Add salt and pepper.
  5. Poor sauce over scallops and serve.
