Ingredients :
- 3 tbsp butter
- 1 pound scallops
- 1 dash salt/pepper
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 lemon juice
Method :
- Melt 1tbsp butter in skillet over med/high heat.
- Dry scallops and season with salt and pepper.
- Cook scallops until golden brown or 1-2 minutes each side.
- For sauce, mince garlic. Melt 2 tbsp butter and add garlic. Cook for 1 minute. Do not let garlic burn. Add lemon juice stirring frequently. Add salt and pepper.
- Poor sauce over scallops and serve.
