
Ingredients :
- 1 Banana, sliced
- 1 Green Apple, cubed
- 2 Kiwi, sliced
- 1 tbsp maple syrup
- 1 tsp Vanilla
- 1/2 tsp Poppy seeds
- 1/4 tsp Flax seeds
- 1/4 chia seeds
Method :
- Slice all fruit, place in a bowl
- Mix all remaining ingredients
- Pour over fruit
