Ingredients :
- 2 cooked chicken breasts; cubed
- 2 roma tomatoes; medium dice
- 1 red bell pepper; small dice
- 1 stalk celery; small dice
- 1/2 red onion; medium dice
- 1/3 C bleu cheese crumbles
- 1 C mayo
- 1/2 C buffalo sauce
- 1 pinch kosher salt and white pepper
Method :
- Whisk buffalo sauce into mayonnaise. Add salt and white pepper. Whisk. Add remaining ingredients. Fold to incorporate.
