Ingredients :
- 6 medium sized potato
- 250 ml cream
- 1 tablespoon butter
- bunch rosemary
- to taste salt and black pepper
Method :
- Pre-heat an oven on 180 degree celcius
- Simple. Dice the potato with or without the skin
- Put the rest if the ingredients in a greased pan and put in thr oven for 40-50 minutes or until fully cooked.
- Turn the potato occassionaly
- Remove from oven and serve
