Ingredients :
- 2 sheets puff pastry
- 1 lb ground sausage
- 3 sage leaves
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley
- 1 large or 2 small cloves of garlic
- 1 egg separated
- to taste Salt and pepper
Method :
- Preheat your oven to 375 degrees, line 2 baking sheets with parchment paper and set aside. Add the sage, parsley and garlic in a mini chopper (or finely chopped by hand) and pulse until finely chopped.
