Ingredients :
- 2 cups red grapes
- 2 cups blueberries
- 1 cup mandarin oranges
- 2 cups cubed pineapple
- 1 cup diced granny smith apple
- 1 cup diced cherries
- 1 cup cubed watermelon
- 1 cup strawberries (diced)
- 1 cup green grapes
- Citrus Syrup:
- 2 tablespoon orange juice
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1/4 teaspoon lime juice
- 1 cup water
- 1 cup coconut sugar
- 1 teaspoon gluten free vanilla extract
- mint leaves (garnish)
Method :
- Wash hands
- Get a small pot fill with 1 cup water and 1 cup coconut sugar
- When it"s cooled down add in 2 tablespoons orange juice, 1 tablespoon lemon juice, 1/4 teaspoon lime juice, and 1 teaspoon gluten free vanilla extract
- And mix together with a wooden spoon or a whisk then set aside for later
- Get a large glass bowl then put in 2 cups red grapes, 2 cups blueberries, 1 cup mandarin oranges, 2 cups cubed pineapple, 1 cup diced granny smith apples, 1 cup diced cherries, 1 cup cubed watermelon, 1 cup diced strawberries, 1 cup green grapes
- Then toss gently with a wooden spoon or salad tongs then add in a little bit the citrus syrup
- Put the salad on a plate And top it with a few mint leaves
