
Ingredients :
- 3 medium brussel sprouts (halved)
- 1 tbsp bleu cheese crumbles
- 4 strips of bacon (diced)
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp garlic cloves (minced)
Method :
- Bring medium pan to medium high heat and add bacon and saute until crisp. About 8 minutes. Set bacon aside and discard grease.
- Bring pan back to medium high heat add olive oil and garlic and saute for 2 minutes or until soft. Add brussel sprouts and saute for an additional 8 minutes. Serve on a plate and sprinkle bacon and bleu cheese and serve.
