Ingredients :
- 2 Medium Avocados (diced)
- 1 Large Tomato (diced)
- 2 tsp Lemon Juice
- 1 tsp Tajon Seasoning
- 1/2 Cup Green Bell Pepper (diced)
- 1/2 Cup Onion (diced)
- Cilantro (optional)
- Chives (optional)
Method :
- Mix all ingredients and serve. The Cilantro and chives are optional and to your taste.
- I use it on wraps, with chips, or as a topping for almost any dish including breakfast dishes.
