Recipe VegaChicken pasta

Resep VegaChicken pasta

Ingredients :

  • chicken
  • 1 medium zucchini
  • 1 medium yellow squash
  • 3 -4 chicken breast
  • 1 salt, pepper, onion powder and garlic powder to taste
  • 2 clove fresh minced garlic
  • 1 can diced tomatoes
  • 3 cup pasta
  • 3 tbsp oil for pan
  • 1/2 cup Shredded Parmesan cheese

Method :
  1. Cook pasta according to package directions. Make sure you salt the water for flavor.
  2. Chop vegetables into bite sized pieces, season with salt and pepper, set aside
  3. Cut chicken into bite sized pieces, season with salt and pepper, onion powder and garlic powder, then fry in large skillet in oil until no longer pink.
  4. Add the squash and zucchini and garlic, stir to combine. continue cooking about 5-10 more min, Until vegetables are at desired doneness. Stir frequently to keep from sticking to pan, add more oil if needed.
  5. Add the can of tomatoes and the cooked pasta, stir to combine and reduce heat to med - med low. Continue cooking 5 mins until hot. Enjoy!
