Recipe MK Chicken Curry

Ingredients :

  • 3 Large Potatoes
  • 4 Tomatoes
  • 1 Chicken
  • 1 Tbsp Garam Masala
  • 2 Onions
  • 2 Tbsp Chilli Powder
  • 1 Tbsp Dhana Jeera
  • Cinnamon Sticks and Elachi
  • 2 Tsp Salt (Level)
  • 2 Tbsp Ginger and Garlic
  • 1/2 Bunch Dhania

Method :
  1. Chop onions and fry in oil (6 Tbsp) add cinnamon stick and elatchi to onions.
  2. In a bowl, add chiken and above masala marinate well. Nb: longer you marinate is better
  3. When onions golden brown add chicken and allow to cook (wash dish and add water)
  4. Water wiĺl dry out and chicken will start frying at this stage add ur tomatoes and potatoes (add tomatoes and 2min later add potatoes)
  5. Add little water at a time till potatoes are cooked and allow gravy to thicken
  6. Finish off with chopped dhania and serve
