Ingredients :
- 3 Large Potatoes
- 4 Tomatoes
- 1 Chicken
- 1 Tbsp Garam Masala
- 2 Onions
- 2 Tbsp Chilli Powder
- 1 Tbsp Dhana Jeera
- Cinnamon Sticks and Elachi
- 2 Tsp Salt (Level)
- 2 Tbsp Ginger and Garlic
- 1/2 Bunch Dhania
Method :
- Chop onions and fry in oil (6 Tbsp) add cinnamon stick and elatchi to onions.
- In a bowl, add chiken and above masala marinate well. Nb: longer you marinate is better
- When onions golden brown add chicken and allow to cook (wash dish and add water)
- Water wiĺl dry out and chicken will start frying at this stage add ur tomatoes and potatoes (add tomatoes and 2min later add potatoes)
- Add little water at a time till potatoes are cooked and allow gravy to thicken
- Finish off with chopped dhania and serve
