Recipe Ginger Biscuits

Resep Ginger Biscuits

Ingredients :

  • 225 grams all purpose flour
  • 100 grams sugar (powdered or fine)
  • 115 grams unsaltrd butter (1stick)
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder
  • 1 pinch salt to taste
  • 2 egg yolks
  • 3 teaspoons ginger powder

Method :
  1. Mix sugar, butter and egg yolks.
  2. Mix well.
  3. Sift all dry ingredients and add to earlier mixture spoon by spoon
  4. Make a workable dough
  5. Roll dough to about 6 mm thickness. Cut with round cutter.
  6. Bake for 12-15 minutes at 375 degree F. (190 degree C) till top becomes golden brown.
  7. Remove from oven and put them on cooling rack for about 10 minutes.
  8. Serve anytime.
