
Ingredients :
- 6 cup flour
- 1 tbsp salt
- 3 tbsp sugar
- 1 1/2 packages instant yeast
- 2 eggs
- 3 tbsp vegetable or corn oil
- 2 cup water (100 degrees)
Method :
- Add flour, salt, sugar & yeast in to a mixing tub. Mix up dry ingredients. Make a well and add
- Add eggs, oil and water, mix well
- Knead to smooth and elastic. Add more flour as necessary. You may want to pour out and knead on a floured board.
- Work dough, should be slightly tacky. Rise in oiled bowl until doubled (about two hours.)
- Deflate, divide for two loaf and shape as desired. Rise again until doubled.
- Bake in a 400°F oven for approximately 30-minutes. Center of bread should be around 196-200 degrees.
- Don"t forget to brush loaf with egg wash (1 egg - small amount of water) and sprinkle with sesame or poppy seeds - make it pretty.
