Recipe Tomato Marinade

Ingredients :

  • Beefstake Tomato (1.5-2 per person)
  • Balsamic vinegar (enough to cover tomatos)
  • olive oil (75% as much balsamic)
  • sugar (to taste)
  • italian herb blend (to taste)
  • salt (to taste)
  • garlic (to taste)
  • diced onion (to taste)
  • pepper (to taste)

Method :
  1. Chunk up tomato into a bowl and cover with balsamic and olive oil
  2. Stir in each other ingrediant to taste
  3. Cover bowl and refridgerate for anywhere from 6 hours to 2 days.
  4. (2 days is ideal).
  5. Stir occasionally
  6. After you allow tomatos to marinade remove, stir once more, and serve.
