Ingredients :
- Beefstake Tomato (1.5-2 per person)
- Balsamic vinegar (enough to cover tomatos)
- olive oil (75% as much balsamic)
- sugar (to taste)
- italian herb blend (to taste)
- salt (to taste)
- garlic (to taste)
- diced onion (to taste)
- pepper (to taste)
Method :
- Chunk up tomato into a bowl and cover with balsamic and olive oil
- Stir in each other ingrediant to taste
- Cover bowl and refridgerate for anywhere from 6 hours to 2 days.
- (2 days is ideal).
- Stir occasionally
- After you allow tomatos to marinade remove, stir once more, and serve.
