Ingredients :
- 1 Olive Oil
- 1 Fish Filets
- 1 Flour
- 1 Creole
- 1 Coleslaw
- 1 Chipotle Mayo
- 1 Tortillas
Method :
- Batter fillets in 3/4 flour 1/4 creole mix.
- Fry fillets to golden brown.
- Warm tortillas and place fillets in them.
- Place coleslaw and chipotle mayo on the tacos.
- *if no coleslaw available can use a rotel, ranch, onion, buffalo mix as pictured.
