Ingredients :
- 1 lb chicken, cubed
- 1 tsp pepper
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1/4 cup chicken broth
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp hoisin sauce
- 1 tbsp cornstarch
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp ginger, grated
- 1/2 cup mushrooms, sliced
- 1/2 cup onions, sliced
- 1/2 cup carrots, sliced in thin sticks
- 1/2 cup snow peas
- 4 servings Ramen noodles, cooked
- Green onion, sliced
Method :
- In large bowl combine chicken, pepper, salt and sesame oil. Mix thoroughly.
- In a seperate bowl combine chicken broth, sesame oil, soy sauce, hoisin sauce and cornstarch. Mix together.
- Put vegetable oil into wok, add chicken and cook till done. Remove chicken for later.
- In wok put 2 cloves of garlic, minced and 1 tbsp ginger. Add mushrooms, onions, carrots and snow peas. Stir fry till tender.
- Add chicken back into wok. Add 4 servings of cooked Ramen noodles. Stir together and heat. Add the soy sauce mixture. Thoroughly mix all together.
- Top with green onions chopped and serve.
