Ingredients :
- 3 Round Peices or 4 in a pack
- 1/2 cup Sliced bell pepper
- 1/2 cup Dice onions
- 3 garlic cloves dice or minced
- 1 tsp ground black pepper
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 2 potatoes
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/4 cup olive oil, extra virgin
- 1 tbsp chopped parsley
Method :
- Cut one cube streaks into three pieces fellow through with the other cube streaks , Seasoning your cube streaks with seasonings, ground black pepper, garlic powder,onion powder, 1/2 cup flour add cube streaks in a plastic bag shaking them till coated, add them in a skillet 1/4 cup oil Browning them on both sides for 3 mins when done remove from skillet. Add the dice potatoes , dice onions, slice bell peppers, minced garlic browning till translucent, For a good 8 minutes,
- Add a package of brown gravy mix add both or water according to the direction on package. Simmer til gets creamy and potatoes are nice and tender top with chopped parsley
