Ingredients :
- 13 ounces smoked sausage
- 1/4 pound bacon
- 1/4 pound hotdogs
- 1 pound mixed vegetables, I used cauliflower, broccoli, yellow and orange carrots
- 1 pound whole green beans
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 large semi ripen tomato
- 1 large onion
- 1 teaspoon granulated garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon fresh ground black pepper
- 1/2 cup tomato paste
- 1/4 cup honey
- 15 ounce black ripened olives and the juices
Method :
- Slice the hotdogs and smoked sausage on a bias/angle.
- Chop the onions and slice bacon into short pieces
- To a hot pan add bacon let the fat render.
- Add onions and sausage.
- Stirring occasionally when 7 minutes has past add mixed vegetables and green beans.
- Simmer and cover. When vegetables are tender add can of olives juice and all. Add spices.
- After 3 minutes and its simmering good stir in tomatoes and tomato paste. Let thicken add honey and simmer stirring occasionally for 7 minutes.
- Cover and let sit covered for 7 minutes. Serve hope you enjoy!
