Ingredients :
- 1 tsp salt
- 12 cup cabbage
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
Method :
- Heat oil. When hot add chopped cabbage. Add half the salt. Cover and simmer 10 minutes.
- Stir well. Add the rest of salt. Cover stirring occasionally. Let some of the cabbage become caramelized.
