Ingredients :
- 1/2 cup Margarine
- 1 1/2 cup White Sugar
- 1 1/2 cup Brown Sugar (Packed)
- 4 Eggs
- 1 tsp Vanilla extract
- 1/2 pkg Toffee Chips
- 1 1/2 cup Peanut Butter
- 2 cups Oatmeal
- 2 cups Flour
- 2 1/2 tsp Baking Soda
- 1/2 pkg Chocolate Chips
Method :
- Cream (do not melt) margarine
- Add both sugars & stir well
- Add eggs and vanilla extract
- Add flour and baking soda together, mix in the oatmeal then add little by little to rest of mixture. (Stir until no more sign of flour)
- Add in the toffee chips and the chocolate chips
- Cook each batch @ 325° for 9 minutes
