
Ingredients :
- 4 tbsp gold foil wrapped Stork Block margarine
- 1 small onion, finely diced
- 1 tbsp cornflour / cornstarch
- 240 ml stock, flavour depending on what the gravy is to go with!
- 1 tbsp full fat coconut milk
- to taste salt & pepper
Method :
- Melt the margarine in a saucepan and add the onion. Fry until lightly browned, around 5 minutes
- Whisk in the cornflour and cook for a minute to get the starchy taste cooked out
- Whisk in the stock and simmer until thickened
- Whisk in the milk and season to taste
- Makes around 260 ml gravy / 1 cup
