Ingredients :
- to taste salt
- 5 large eggs
- 15-1/2 ounces diced tomatoes
- 2-1/2 tablespoons honey
Method :
- Beat the eggs add salt to taste. Heat a pan and cook the eggs till golden yellow but done. Set aside
- Add tomatoes to pan and add salt to taste, I like mine a little salty. Let it simmer 3 minutes and add honey. Let simmer stirring occasionally. It will thicken, let cook till its reduced to gravy consistency. Take off heat add eggs around the gravy like a ring serve I hope you enjoy!
