Recipe Sweet Corn Spoon Bread

Ingredients :

• 1 pkg (8 1/2 oz) Jiffy Corn Muffin Mix
• 1 can (14 3/4 oz) Cream Style Corn
• 1 can (15 oz) Whole Kernel Corn, drained
• 1/2 cup (1 stick) butter, melted
• 1 cup Sour Cream
• 3 Eggs
• 1/2 tsp Salt

Method :

1. Preheat oven to 375°F and lightly grease a 2 quart casserole dish with nonstick cooking spray.
2. In a large bowl, combine the ingredients and mix well. Pour mixture into casserole dish.
3. Bake 35-40 minutes or until set.
