Ingredients :
- 1 tbsp Culinary Grade Lavender
- 1 cup Water
- 3/4 cup Sugar
- 1/4 cup Raw honey
Method :
- Bring sugar, honey and water to a boil in a small saucepan.
- Add tablespoon of lavender (or a few sprigs from your garden) and reduce heat.
- Simmer 15 minutes
- Remove from heat. Syrup will thicken as it cools.
