Ingredients :
- 12 peppers (or 6 peppers cut in 12 halves)
- 2 packs cream cheese
- Shredded cheese
- Bacon
Method :
- Preheat oven to 450
- Set cream cheese out to soften
- Clean peppers
- Mix cream cheese and shredded cheese, then fill peppers
- Wrap peppers in bacon
- Bake 25 minutes
