Recipe Vegetarian Pita-Pockets

Resep Vegetarian Pita-Pockets

Ingredients :

  • 2 pita pockets
  • 2 oz cream cheese
  • 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup spinach
  • 1/8 cup tomato
  • 1 oz onion
  • 1 oz jalepeño
  • 2 tsp cilantro
  • 1 tsp crushed red pepper

Method :
  1. Pre-heat oven to 350°F.
  2. Take both pita pockets, spread cream cheese on both sides of inside. Sprinkle mozzerella cheese evenly across bottom of insides.
  3. Wash and chop spinach. Dice tomato, onion, and jalepeño.
  4. Stuff veggies into pockets, being very careful to not rip sides.
  5. Place pita pockets onto a perforated pizza pan, slide into over for 12-15 minutes.
