Resep Meatloaf, smeatloaf, double-beatloaf

Ingredients :

  • 1 pound ground sirloin
  • 1 pound bulk sausage, I used Odem's Tennessee Pride brand
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup parmesan cheese grated
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon granulated garlic powder
  • 1 cup black ripened olives
  • 1 small onion finely chopped
  • ☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆ For the filling ☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆
  • 8 ounces cream cheese
  • 1 lime
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese shredded
  • 1 tablespoons chopped cilantro
  • 1 tablespoons chopped parsley
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 large egg
  • ◆◆◆◆◆◆◆◆◆◆◆ Topping ◆◆◆◆◆◆◆◆◆◆
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup yellow prepared mustard
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons tomato paste

Method :
  1. Preheat oven 390° Fahrenheit
  2. Mix the paprika, egg, cream cheese, cheddar cheese, cilantro, and parsley.
  3. Zest the lime and juice it. Add to the cream cheese mixture. Set aside.
  4. Mix the meat, with eggs, parmesan cheese, and spices.
  5. Chop the onion and olives finely.
  6. Add olive and onions, and mix well
  7. Spay an oven safe dish, preferably a loaf pan, wirh nonstick spray or grease it with butter. Push the meat mixture into bottom of dish.
  8. Form a hollow spot in the middle of the meat.
  9. Add filling and cover top with meat mixture.
  10. Mix the mustard, tomato paste, honey and black pepper.
  11. Add to top. Put in oven and cook till done, about an hour. Let sit 10 minutes and serve. Hope you enjoy!
