Ingredients :
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 medium shallot, finely minced
- 2 garlic cloves, finely minced
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 1/2 cups water
- 3/4 cup dry brown lentils, rinsed
- 2 tbsp tamari
- 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
- 1 tsp honey
Method :
- Cool completely before storing leftovers. Lentils will keep for up to 5 days refrigerated in an airtight container.
