
Ingredients :

- 1 Foodsaver
- 1 Ziploc bag
- 1 scissors
Method :
- Place the food in the bag and trim off the zipper with some scissors.
- Cut the zipper into 2 pieces and place 1 off the zippers vertically in the middle of the bag. Trim the zipper to just above the bag.
- Now, just use your foodsaver as you normally would and viola, a vacuum sealed bag on the cheap.
- TIP: Depending on the thickness of the plastic bag, you may have to run the cycle 2 or 3 times to get a proper seal. With the thin sandwich bag that I used, I only had to run it once.
