Ingredients :
- 1 bell pepper (chopped)
- 1 white onion (chopped)
- 1 lb. chopped hamburger meat
- 1 cup white or brown rice
- 1 can (16 oz) diced tomato (leave in juice)
- 1 bag (8 oz) cheese of your choice (I use cheddar)
- to taste garlic, salt and pepper
Method :
- Cook rice per directions, set aside.
- Cook Hamburger until brown, season to taste. Remove from pan, drain.
- In same pan, sauté bell pepper and onion until soft.
