
Ingredients :
- 1/2 head cabbage, chopped
- 1 carrot, shredded
- 1 celery or kohlrabi, shredded (optional)
- 1 parsnip, shredded (optional)
- 1/2 cup vinegar
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1 1/2 cup mayonnaise
Method :
- In a large bowl, toss cabbage with additional vegetables.
- In a small bowl, blend vinegar and mayonnaise.
- Pour vinegar mixture over cabbage and toss until coated.
- Add mayonnaise to taste, approximately 1 1/2 cups.
