
Ingredients :
- 1-2 inch (300 g) thick tenderloin
- salt
- pepper
- olive oil
- garlic
- Thyme, oregano, rosemary (optional)
Method :
- Rinse all the salt. PAT DRY with paper towel or any clean towel.
- Put pepper, garlic, olive oil, rosemary, thyme, oregano, anything you like and little salt if you prefer...let it rest for another 20 minutes.
- Notes: For side you can use french fries and mixed veggies onion corn broccoli or use extra sauce mushroom sauce or simple buy steak sauce 😆
