
Ingredients :
- 1 1/2 lb Pasta of choice, I used bow ties
- 2 tbsp Flour
- 3 tbsp Butter
- 2 cup Milk
- 1 1/2 cup Shredded smoked gouda
- 4 oz Cream cheese
- 1 cup Shredded American cheese
- 1 Salt & pepper
- 1 dash Cayenne pepper
Method :
- Boil pasta as directed on package in salty water. Drain
- In a sauce pan melt butter on medium then add flour and cook together for a minute. Add milk and whisk. Bring to a boil. Add cream cheese and stir til melted. Add rest of cheeses and seasonings and stir til melted
- Pour cheese sauce over drained pasta and combine. If necessary, add more milk to loosen. Eat up!!
