Ingredients :
- 2 cup old fashioned oats
- 3 tbsp coconut oil
- 3 tbsp Peanut butter
- 2 cup gold standard chocolate whey protein (scoops)
- 3 tbsp flax seeds
- 2 egg whites
- 2 tsp cinnamon
- 2 tsp agave nectar
Method :
- Pour oats in bowl. Melt coconut oil and peanut butter in and mix.
- Stir in cinnamon, agave, flaxseeds, and egg whites.
- Add protein powder and flatten into a spray-greased glass pan. Bake on 350°F Fahrenheit for 12 min.
