
Ingredients :
- 2 onions
- 1 packet smoked salmon
- 1 handful frozen garlic sprouts
- 60 gr parmesan cheese
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp parsley
- 4 servings pasta
Method :
- Get ingredients together
- Fry the onion in a little oil
- Cut the salmon into strips and squeeze lemon juice over them
- Add the garlic sprouts to the pan
- Add the chopped parsley and salmon
- Add the soy sauce and turn off the heat
- Drain the pasta
- And put on top of the salmon
- Transfer to a serving dish and sprinkle.wirh parmesan cheeae
- Serve and enjoy!!
