Ingredients :
- 2 eggs
- 1 Pack empanada shells
- 1 Jar Nutella
- 1/4 C powder sugar
- to taste Mint leaves
- 1/4 C sugar garnish
- 2 C oil for frying
- Pam cooking spray
Method :
- Scramble your eggs, open your empanada shells. Brush the ends with the egg wash.
- Spoon in the middle of the shell 2 tablespoons of Nutella, then close the shell and seal the shell add more egg wash to seal it shut use a fork to make sure it"s closed.
- Brush some of the egg wash on top of the empanadas then drop in hot oil to fry. Fry for 45 seconds until golden brown once golden take out sprinkle with powder sugar while still hot.
- Take your mint, spray the mint leaf and sprinkle granulated sugar and place it on the empanada for garnish
