Ingredients :
- 1/4 c EVOO
- 1/2 t ground cumin
- 1/2 t garlic powder
- 6 pitas
- 1 1/2 t flaky sea salt
- freshly ground black pepper
Method :
- Preheat oven 400°F.
- In small bowl, mix oil, cumin, and garlic powder. Brush each pita with oil mixture. Stack pitas and cut into 8 wedges.
- Spread wedges in single layer on baking sheet. Sprinklu with flaky sea salt and 1/2 t pepper. Bake until lightly browned and crispy. 13-15 mins. Serve with ROASTED GARLIC HUMMUS.
