
Ingredients :
- 400 g softened butter
- 8 cloves peeled and crushed garlic
- 3 tbsp chopped parsley
- 2 French baguettes
- to taste Salt and pepper
Method :
- Mix 400 g softened butter, 8 peeled and crushed garlic cloves and 3 tbsp chopped parsley together in a bowl. Then season with salt and pepper.
- Take 2 French baguettes and slice into them at regular intervals along their lengths.
- Don"t cut all the way through.
- Fill each pocket with 1 heaped tsp of garlic butter.
- If there is any left over, spread it over the top of the baguettes.
- Wrap each baguette in foil or saga cooking paper and place in the hot oven for 15-20 mins. Check thoroughly.
