
Ingredients :
- 1 envelope blue star lump crab meat
- 3 stalk green onion
- 2 tbsp panko bread crumbs
- 2 tbsp italian bread crumbs
- dash dried dill
- pinch salt & pepper
- pinch cayenne pepper
- 1 large egg
- 1 tbsp regular mayo
- yellow mustard
- lemon juice
Method :
- Mix everything but the crab together. Mix well. Taste to see if additional seasoning is needed.
- Add the crab last. Mix well but try not to break up the crab.
- Form 4 crab patty"s. It will be more wet than dry.
- Put in a preheated skillet. Bake for about 10 minutes than flip.
- Garnish with lemon aioli & additional green onions.
- Lemon aioli: mayo, lemon juice & EVOO. Equal parts mayo & EVOO. Add lemon juice to taste & season with salt & pepper.
