
Ingredients :
- Cooked rice
- 1 carrot
- 1 tsp oil
- 2 eggs (scrambled)
- Cheese (diced)
- to taste salt and pepper
- handful spinach leaves
Method :
- Cut the carrot into sticks.
- In a pan add 1 tsp oil and stir fry the carrots
- Add the rice, spinach leaves, scrambled eggs to the pan and stir gently
- Add cheese, salt and pepper to taste and stir well
- Ready to be eaten
