
Ingredients :
- 1/2 cup Ketchup
- 1/4 cup White Sugar
- 1/4 cup White Vinegar
- 1 tbsp Soy sauce
- 1 tsp Garlic Salt
- 1 tbsp Dry Chopped Onion
- 1 tsp Red Pepper Flakes
Method :
- In a small pot over med-low heat, add ketchup, sugar, vinegar, soy sauce, garlic salt, dry chopped onion, and red pepper flakes.
- Stir together and bring to a low simmer.
- Taste as it cooks down, you can continue to add any of the said ingredients to adjust to your taste.
- Simmer untill the you can barley smell/ taste the vinegar. The BBQ Sauce will slightly thicken. You can add water as you go if you feel it is needed.
- Stir occasionally.
