
Ingredients :
- 6 hard boil eggs
- 4 medium size boil potatoes
- 1 cup boiled Goat meat keema (minced meat) or chicken
- 1 chopped onion
- 1 tsp garlic chopped
- 1 tsp ginger chopped
- 2 green chilies chopped
- 2 tbs cilantro chopped
- 1 tsp coriander powder
- 1 tsp red chilli powder
- 1/2 turmeric powder
- 1/2 tsp garam masala
- to taste salt
- 2 tbsp Oil for potato mash
- 2 cup Oil for frying eggs
- 2 egg whites
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
Method :
- Peel the potatoes and mash them.. Make sure there are no lumps..
- Heat two tbsp oil in a pan.. Saute garlic, ginger and chopped onion.. Now add minced meat.. Add coriander, red chili and turmeric powder.. Mix well.. Now add mashed potatoes.. Sprinkle salt.. Cook for five-minute.. Stir continuously.. Add garam masala... Sprinkle some cilantro.. Take out from oven.. Keep for cooling.
- Take one egg.. Make cut mark. (its necessary for safety purpose coz egg can be burst.. If u don"t make cut mark) likewise make cut mark on all eggs.
- Now hold one egg.. Coat with potato and minced chicken mash.. Now dip in egg white.. Then coat with bread crumbs.. Prepare all eggs likewise..
- Heat enough oil for frying in deep and heavy bottom pan.. When oil start to smoke.. Do flame medium. Now fry eggs.. Till brown.. Take out in tissue paper.
- Now enjoy with green dip or chutny.
