Ingredients :
- 1/2 lb broccoli rabe
- 1 lb spaghetti
- 1 1/2 cup milk
- 3 eggs beaten
- 3 tsp pepper
- 2 tsp salt
- 8 oz pecorino grated
- 8 oz fontina cheese grated, divided
Method :
- Preheat oven to 425°F
- Grease a springform pan and wrap tightly in aluminum
- Boil water and add broccoli rabe and cook 1 to 2 min. Fish out and set aside to drain
- Add spaghetti to the water, cook until just shy of fully done
- Mince rabe and dry it
- Whisk together eggs and milk. Stir in half a cup of each cheese,and rabe
- Toss with spaghetti and pour into springform and sprinkle with cheese
- Bake for 45 to 50 min until a knife inserted and turned doesn"t release any batter
