Ingredients :
- 2 packages (8 oz. each) cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup Sugar
- 1/2 tsp Vanilla
- 2 Eggs
- 1 Ready-to-use graham cracker crumb crust (9 inch or 6 oz.)
Method :
- Mix cream cheese, sugar and vanilla at medium speed with electric blender until well blended.
- Add eggs; mix until well blended.
- Pour into crust.
- Bake at 350°F for 50 minutes or until center is almost set.
- Cool. Refrigerate 3 hours or overnight.
