Ingredients :
- 1 ring Kielbasa
- 1 head Cabbage
- 1 large Onion
- 1/2 stick Butter
- 1/2 cup Chicken broth (bullion)
- 1 tsp Thyme Leaves
- 1/2 tsp Celery seed
- 1/2 tsp Black pepper
Method :
- Cut kielbasa into 6 pieces, then slice lengthwise. Fry over high heat till brown on both sides. Remove from pan.
- Wipe pan clean. Add butter. Chop cabbage and onion to bite size pieces. Add to pan. Saute 10 min.
- Add broth and spices. Cover, simmer 10 min.
- Slice kielbasa into bite size, add to pan. Cover, simmer 10 min. or until you like. Serve.
