Ingredients :
- 250 ml red wine
- 2 tbsp thyme
- 1 tbsp garlic
- salt
- black pepper
- 2 steak fillets
Method :
- Make two small piercings in the fillets
- Add very small amount of garlic into the piercings. Leave enough garlic for the marinade
- Mix thyme, wine, garlic, salt and pepper into a plastic bag
- Mix all ingredients
- Add fillets to plastic bag
- Remove as much air from the bag as possible
- Close bag and refrigerate for a minimum of 2 hours before cooking
