
Ingredients :
- 1 each large cucumber , mandolin into "noodles"
- 1 each large carrot, mandolin into "noodles"
- 1/4 each green bell pepper, chopped fine
- 4 each radishes, chopped fine
- 3 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 clove garlic, pressed
- 1 tbsp sriaracha sauce
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1/2 each lime, juice and zest
- 2 tbsp Cilantro chopped fine
Method :
- Run your cucumber and carrot through a mandolin to make "noodles"
- Chop fine your bell pepper and radishes
- Combine all vegetables
- Mix together your garlic, soy sauce, sriaracha sauce, lime, cilantro and honey to make a dressing
- Pour dressing over the vegetables and mix well. Serve cold or room temperature.
