Recipe Apple Cinnamon Protein Muffins

Resep Apple Cinnamon Protein Muffins

Ingredients :

  • 2 large apples
  • 2 Tbsp golden flax meal
  • 5 Tbsp water
  • 2 eggs
  • 3 scoops protein powder
  • 1 cup oat flour
  • 3 packs stevia
  • 1 cup greek yoghurt
  • 1/4 tsp baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 2 tsp cinnamon

Method :
  1. Core and grate the apples in a large bowl.
  2. Mix in flax meal and cold water.
  3. Preheat oven to 350°F/180°C
  4. Add eggs and stir until combined with apples and flax meal.
  5. Add yogurt to the bowl and stir.
  6. Mix with dry ingredients: stevia, oat flour, protein powder, baking soda baking powder and cinnamon powder.
  7. Pour the batter into your muffin tin. (Don"t forget to grease it first or use a liner! I like to use coconut oil.)
  8. Bake for 25 minutes. Allow to cool for at least 10 minutes after removing from the oven.
