Ingredients :
- 1 cup steel-cut oats
- 1/2 cup hemp seeds
- 1/2 cup flax seeds
- 1/2 cup pumpkin seeds
- 1/2 cup cashews
- 1/2 cup hazelnuts
- 1/2 cup goji berries
- 1/2 cup black cherries, quartered and pitted
- 1/2 cup coconut flakes
- 2 tbsp agave syrup
- 3 tbsp virgin coconut oil
- 1/2 tsp pure vanilla extract
Method :
- Mix all ingredients together in a large bowl, ensuring that the ingredients are well mixed. Spread thinly on baking sheets
- Bake in the oven at 300F for about 10-15 minutes, ensuring that you don"t burn it.
- Serve with vegan almond milk and banana slices, or enjoy as is.
