Resep Super healthy vegan granola

Ingredients :

  • 1 cup steel-cut oats
  • 1/2 cup hemp seeds
  • 1/2 cup flax seeds
  • 1/2 cup pumpkin seeds
  • 1/2 cup cashews
  • 1/2 cup hazelnuts
  • 1/2 cup goji berries
  • 1/2 cup black cherries, quartered and pitted
  • 1/2 cup coconut flakes
  • 2 tbsp agave syrup
  • 3 tbsp virgin coconut oil
  • 1/2 tsp pure vanilla extract

Method :
  1. Mix all ingredients together in a large bowl, ensuring that the ingredients are well mixed. Spread thinly on baking sheets
  2. Bake in the oven at 300F for about 10-15 minutes, ensuring that you don"t burn it.
  3. Serve with vegan almond milk and banana slices, or enjoy as is.
